We are moving. Or rather, we moved. The house we slaved over to the smallest detail will no longer be ours soon. So, before I say so long, fairwell...I thought I should share the realtor's photos. The final AFTERS. The way the house looks now is very paired down for selling purposes, but most of the stuff that I love is in there. There are other details that are not in this post, for example, the hallway with the
marble greek key marble flooring that I drove my husband crazy about. Apparently creating a greek key pattern with mosaic marble tile isn't as easy as piecing legos together. oops..........
A picture of my work space is not in here either...neither is the cane back bench that we refinished, reinforced, reupholstered, and spent way too much time and money on. But at the end of the day was a labor of love and will stay with us forever. More on that later.
I guess this post is purely selfish in a cathartic sort of way...a way to put it all out there...the last 3 almost 4 years of our lives, turn the page, and start fresh.
So, without further ado, here she be...the little bungalow that could, the unbungalowed bungalow that we re-bungalowed...haha...
